January 18, 2020 – Clearly Agile is certified to facilitate the Leading SAFe 5.0 training. This training enables participants to apply a Lean-Agile mindset with SAFe. During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a LeanAgile enterprise by learning the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, how to execute and release value, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.
Becoming a SAFe SA provides you with a skillset in demand worldwide for organizations providing large complex systems and why this is critical knowledge in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and be empowered with realistic advice from a true SAFe practitioner versus someone only certified to give this course.
This class is open to anyone regardless of experience. Those with at least 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management are typically able to understand the framework more quickly. For those without this experience, we highly recommend reading the Scrum Primer before attending.
