October 3, 2019 – Each month, Clearly Agile hosts an event through our program called Agile 270 for the Agile Community to come together and learn more about how to engage in Agile-based efforts. This month’s workshop was called Building Your Agile Resume. These workshops are a great opportunity for attendees to network, learn more about the Agile community, and maybe even make connections for new job opportunities. We design each workshop to fit the needs of the attendees of Agile 270. Workshops are open to everyone, whether they are just beginning to learn about Agile or already have advanced knowledge of Agile-based efforts.
Let’s be honest, many resumes for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, RTEs, Agile Coaches, and other Agile workers have the same language that is missing the impact required to stand out. To address this issue, this month, Agile 270 hosted Building Your Agile Resume, a free workshop, to provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about what recruiters and employers are seeking for their Agile-based efforts. We discussed how to use impactful language to show potential employers your strengths and capabilities. We even provided useful information on how text analytic-based web apps are sorting through resumes.
Clearly Agile encourages you to join our upcoming Agile 270 meeting! Meetings are free and open to anyone with an interest in improving their Agile-based efforts, knowledge and skills. For individuals seeking required SEUs / PDUs to attain or maintain certifications, attending Agile 270 meetings will help you reach your goal. For this month’s event, attendees that actively participated or listened earned 1 SEU / PDU.
We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming event, Systems Coaching – Know Your Role, on Thursday, November 7, 2019!
